The White Book – Energy efficiency in Romania
The Romanian Association for the Promotion of Energy Efficiency (ARPEE) drew-up this White Book whose aim is to be updated guidelines for the application of mechanism to finance energy efficiency measures and measures to extend best practices into local projects.
