Issues debated during The National Energy Efficiency Forum form Romania, 2014 edition referred to the most important aspects in the field from the Energy Efficiency Action Plan, reducing industrial energy intensity, analyse of the success solutions, obstacles identifying regarding increasing of energy efficiency, development of the planes based on opportunity studies, affordability of energy invoice. There were analysed aspects that should be overcome, but also concretely solutions that could assure transposing in practice of EU energy efficiency objectives. The White Book – Energy efficiency in Romania

The Romanian Association for the Promotion of Energy Efficiency (ARPEE) drew-up this White Book whose aim is to be updated guidelines for the application of mechanism to finance energy efficiency measures and measures to extend best practices into local projects.
